Before you buy
Before you buy, glance at the listing: is the creator verified? Is the piece still for sale? Are the price and delivery fees clear? A *Worn By Me* badge means the piece was checked. If anything feels unclear, don’t buy yet — message her or open the customer support thread.
Shipping, customs and tracking
Delivery fees are paid at checkout. Then the creator wears the garment for the agreed time. When that time is over, she has 24 hours to post the parcel. Once it is sent, she has 48 hours to give you tracking: carrier, service, number, date, country of departure and arrival. That tracking number is the proof the parcel has left. You will find it on your order. If the parcel leaves the EU, customs may charge fees (VAT, taxes). The buyer pays those on delivery, not MyWornSkin. On the label, the creator writes a customs description: a short line for customs, for example “personal textile item, real value, non-food use”. It is not marketing copy — it is what customs reads. This will also be reminded in the shipping email. The declared value must be the real order price. It is not lowered to “get through more easily”.
Messaging, refunds and privacy
Write only in the site inbox, keep your order number, and open a customer support thread if there is a problem, a return or a refund. Don’t share extra private details (an address outside the form, a phone number, social accounts).
